The Piera High Heel is made from snakeskin and Nappa leather and sits on a gilded rectangular heel. This black shoe is detailed with handcrafted macramé, a time-intensive process which creates beautiful, one-of-a-kind trim across the foot. Finished with tubular straps that wrap around the ankle and tiny brass hoops.
