Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped via UPS Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Express orders including 2nd Day and Overnight placed Monday - Friday after 12 PM eastern time will be processed following business day. Express orders placed Saturday - Sunday will be processed Monday.
Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are processed within 2 business days. Once processed you will receive your order within 2-5 business days. Please note that as we do not require signatures for deliveries, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. When placing an order, the customer should designate a reliable address for package delivery. We are also happy to revise any shipping address as long as the request has been made before the order ships.
Ulla Johnson is not responsible in the event of any delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Ulla Johnson online purchase, you may send it back to us for an exchange or refund.
- All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with price tags intact.
- Returns can be shipped using the shipping method of your choice as long as a valid tracking number is provided. Lost returns without a valid tracking number will not be accepted.
- Exchanges/Returns must be received within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation email when your exchanges/credits are processed.
- Merchandise cannot be held for exchange orders. Exchanges are subject to availability.
- We do not refund shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of an error or damaged merchandise.
- We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
- Returns will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase within 7 business days depending on your financial institution.
- No exchanges or returns will be accepted for swimwear and final sale merchandise. Items that qualify as final sale are discounted 30% or more. Final sale items are also noted on their product page.
- In certain cases, store credit may be allowed for returns made past the two week window. This is strictly on a case-by-case basis. No returns for store credit will be considered after 30 days of delivery date.
- Email email@example.com to receive a return authorization number. You will be contacted by customer service within 24 hours, Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM EST. (Holidays excluded)
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- Securely pack merchandise and write the return authorization number on the shipping label or prominently on outside of box.
- We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, and American Express®. Discover® and PayPal® are available for purchases made in $USD. We cannot accept checks, cash or money orders.
- Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We are happy to make any necessary revisions or cancel an order for a full refund if necessary prior to shipment.
- Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to New York. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the US.
